This policy explains how JCS Development, LLC d/b/a JCS Realty Group (“we”, “us”) handles information on this website and in Maintenance Hub, our maintenance app for JCS Realty Group commercial properties in Naples, Florida, including our tenant maintenance request form and our maintenance task text alerts.
Information we collect
- Staff accounts: name, work email, role, and the maintenance tasks, notes, photos and files you add.
- Text alerts: your name, mobile number, and a record of your consent (date and time, the wording you agreed to, IP address and browser).
- Tenant requests: the name, phone, email, property, suite, description and photos you submit.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure our website and app. If you use “Near me” in the app, your location is checked only on your own device and is never sent to us or stored.
How we use it
To run property maintenance: assign and track work, send the notifications, emails and texts you signed up for, respond to tenant requests, and keep records of the work done. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run our website and app (hosting, email delivery, text message delivery and document storage), only to provide that service, or when the law requires it.
Security and retention
App access is limited to signed-in JCS Realty Group staff by role. We keep maintenance records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, and consent records for as long as required to show your consent.
Your choices
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, turn off app notifications in the app, and ask us to see, correct or delete your information.
